House-smoked brisket, burnt ends, and bison sausage. Giant fresh-baked pretzels with beer cheese. Smashed Angus burgers, loaded hot dogs, and a few things you won't find on any other menu in Kanab. The Smoke Wagon Saloon is a real kitchen and bar, not a snack counter.
Old West portraits on the walls, baskets lined with newsprint, and a fresh lemonade built like a dessert. Most visitors plan to grab a quick bite and end up staying a while.

Fresh-baked giant pretzel with sliced artisan Hatch chili sausage, brisket burnt-end sausage, and smoked bison sausage. Served with beer cheese and ground mustard. Shareable.
